Delivery - Personalised and Non-Personalised

We aim to dispatch non-personalised orders within 1-3 working days and personalised orders within 3-7 working days after receipt of payment, depending on the amount of personlisation needed, however, this may be longer during busy periods. If you have a short deadline please E-mail sales@paperrobin.co.uk to check we are able to meet your deadline before ordering.

Note these are Royal Mail delivery times once dispatched. It will not speed up production time. We aim to complete orders as quickly as possible. 

Orders are shipped once completed and payment has been received. Parcels are shipped via RoyalMail with tracking. Once you place your order you can select available delivery options for the size and weight of your order. Whichever shipment choice you select, will provide you with a link to track your package online once dispached.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items into one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects. If you have ordered items separately and wish to combine postage, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your first order at sales@paperrobin.co.uk and we will try to combine the postage for you.
 
Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

  

Digital items

After purchasing a digital item, after payment has fully cleared, you will receive a one time only link via your registered email address to download your purchase within 24 hours. If you are having difficulty or if the link has expired please contact us at sales@paperrobin.co.uk. 

Returns

In the unlikely event you need to return your purchase*, contact us at sales@paperrobin.co.uk.  in the first instance and we will provide you with return instructions. Returns or refunds can be requested within 14 days of receiving your item. You then have a further 14 days to return the item to us. Return postage is payable by you and paperrobin.co.uk accept no responsibility for items lost or stolen during returning the item to paperrobin.co.uk.

*Physical items only. Digital items are non-returnable. 

Personalised products

It is the customer’s responsibility to check the personalisation is correct. When you purchase a personalised product please check your spelling and wording is as you would like it to appear on the product. We can not offer a refund if the personalisation is incorrect. We will still offer a refund if the item is damaged or faulty.

Lost or stolen items

If you have not received your delivery and you believe it to be lost or stolen please contact customer services at Sales@paperrobin.co.uk. We will contact the delivery company to find out what has happened to your delivery. We ask that you give an extra three days for the lost parcel to be found. If the parcel is not found we will offer replacement if available or a refund. If you believe your item has been stolen this will need to be reported and a crime number given. Once a crime number has been given we will offer a refund or replacement.
