Terms and conditions of use
Digital Downloads
Please remember that the price of a digital download is per user. You can not share the digital file with any other person. If somebody else would like the file please direct them to PaperRobin.co.uk where they may purchase the file themselves. I understand that this may seem frustrating but our designs take hours or days to design and are designed from scratch. The only way we can afford to sell them at a low price is if people continue to support us by paying for the download.
Commercial and personal use
We do allow commercial and personal use of physical end products only. We believe that small businesses need to support each other so we have no problem if you would like to use our digital products to make physical end products to sell as long as you do not sell the original digital product or any edited version of the product. You can not use images for print on demand. We are a small family business and we are very grateful for your support.
Refund policy
Returns or refunds can be requested within 14 days of receiving your item by emailing us at Paperrobin.co.uk. You then have another 14 days to return the item. Refunds will be issued once the goods have been received back. Please see delivery page for more information on delivery times.
Exclusions
Due to the nature of digital products they are excluded from our refund policy and can not be refunded. Please read the information carefully before purchasing the digital product. If you have any problems we may be able to offer support and guidance if you email us at sales@paperrobin.co.uk.
Personalised products
It is the customers responsibility to check the personalisation is correct. When you purchase a personalised product please check your spelling and wording is as you would like it to appear on the product. We can not offer a refund if the personalisation is incorrect. We will still offer a refund if the item is damaged or faulty.
Lost or stolen items
If you have not received your delivery and you believe it to be lost or stolen please contact us at Sales@paperrobin.co.uk. We will contact the delivery company to find out what has happened to your delivery. We ask that you give an extra three days for the lost parcel to be found. If the parcel is not found we will offer replacement if available or a refund. If you believe your item has been stolen this will need to be reported and a crime number given. Once a crime number has been given we will offer a refund or replacement.
